Introduction
In response to the pervasive struggle of maintaining healthy habits, we undertook the challenge of designing a wellness-focused app.
Our mission was to empower users to embrace and sustain healthier lifestyles through our Health Habit Tracker application.
In today's fast paced world, prioritizing well-being is paramount. Sedentary lifestyles and processed foods pose significant challenges to health. Our app provides a platform to track habits and receive timely reminders, aiming to make adopting healthier routines easier.
While our app equips users with tools for well-being, the real challenge lies in fostering consistent habit adoption. We address this challenge by offering support and encouragement to keep users motivated, ultimately aiming to catalyze positive change and nurture healthier communities for generations to come.
Lean Survey Canvas
Our journey towards understanding user needs commenced with the creation of a lean survey canvas. This strategic tool served as our starting point in defining the questions that would shape our research. By utilizing the lean survey canvas, we aimed to efficiently gather feedback and validate assumptions about user needs and preferences. This approach allowed us to iterate quickly and ensure that the features incorporated into our app would align closely with what our target audience truly desires.
Following the deployment of the lean survey canvas, we conducted comprehensive research using a survey format. This survey encompassed multiple questions aimed at eliciting insights into user behaviors, preferences, and challenges.
The competitive analysis encompassed a thorough examination of the market landscape, delving into key aspects such as feature analysis, brand positioning, and competitor mapping.
We identified three main competitors in our scope: Avocation, Rabit , Habit, and Habits. Through this process, we gained valuable insights into the strengths, weaknesses, and strategies of each competitor, enabling us to better position our offering within the market
competitive analysis
After reviewing the survey results, we conducted interviews with 5 users, Some of the Interviews quotes:

Moving to the affinity diagram to enable us to organize and synthesize the feedback and insight based on the interview, by grouping similar ideas and common themes.

In the Define stage, leveraging insights garnered from interviews, we meticulously crafted a comprehensive user persona, embodying the characteristics and needs of the typical user within our target audience. Below, we present our user persona, a distilled representation that encapsulates the essence of our target user.
User Persona
User journey is a visualization of the steps a user takes to accomplish a specific task or goal within a product or service. It helps us understand the user's experience from start to finish, identifying pain points, opportunities for improvement, and areas where we can better meet user needs.
User Journey
After conducting thorough research and analysis, it has become evident that our current user experience lacks efficiency and fails to fully address the needs and pain points of our target users:
health-conscious individual with a strong interest in weight management and fitness need to find a way to Improve their physical health because it directly impacts their overall well-being, reduces the risk of illness, enhances mobility.
Problem Statement
How might we remind her to write down the healthy habit she wants to achieve and not find it difficult to carry it everywhere
How Might We?
How might we make an application that will help her to achieved her goals and become the better version of herself
How might we make an application that match her taste and contains everything she need
The MoSCoW method is a prioritization technique to categorize requirements or features into four distinct groups: Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, and Won't Have, below is the things we will consider during the project.

MVP
The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a version of a product with the minimum features required to satisfy early adopters and gather feedback for future development, our MVP is as below:
The goal of the app is to help users create and track healthy habits.
